Mobile MarketStats

Did you know from the ShowingTime App you can access MarketStats to share with your Clients during a showing or meeting? For example if your client asks, "What is the average sales price for homes in this school district?" Simply, open ShowingTime App and under the menu side bar, you'll see MarketStats. By selecting MarketStats this will prompt you to leave ShowingTime App to open MarketStats- select YES.

Once in the mobile-friendly version of MarketStats, you can search the School District and select the average sales price as your type of graph. And one step better, simply email them the interactive graph right from your phone. The full capability of MarketStats (customization, graphs, sharing, etc.) is all available on your mobile device.
