• MiRealSource Homescape - Our web based listings search engine provides you access through your browser to -enter, modify, and search listings. You can also prospect for targeted properties and research tax and Public Record data with MiRealTax.

• MiRealTax allows MiRealSource members to automatically load public record data into new listings as they’re entered into the MLS database. MiRealTax provides real-time access to transaction histories, tax records covering the Tri-County and Blue Water Area (nine counties in all), sales and mortgages with weekly updates, CMA services, export services, neighborhood profiles service, farming lists, street maps, and automated valuation models.

• On Line Forms - MiRealSource members never have to wonder where their forms are because, they’re online all the time. Exclusive Right-To-Sell Listing Agreements, Residential/Condominium Listing Data Sheets, Seller’s Disclosure Statements, Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR) Sales Contracts and many others.

We maintain a timely and accurate monitored database: Professionals from Oracle monitor the installed database software - while MiRealSource staff members enter and monitor all property listings compiled in the database to insure accuracy.

Homes Magazine Publications: We offer you additional exposure through our real estate publications.
