A minimum of (3) students per class are required unless otherwise noted
Unless otherwise noted by the MLS, all Computer Classes are FREE to Member Agents/Brokers/Appraisers
Office Staff/Admins registering to attend Instructor-lead Classes will be charged $10 PER CLASS - billed to Broker’s Office
Cancellation Policy: You MUST notify us at least (2) Business Days BEFORE class begins to cancel a class or your office will be billed a $20 fee. Class cancellations due to Emergencies must be called in to 248.247.1030 as soon as possible, then validated via a written explanation, signed by the broker as shown on our records. This letter of explanation must be FAXED to our corporate office by the next business day or the $20 fee will not be removed. Fax letter to corporate office at 248.247.1045

Hands-On Classes scheduled at one of our offices as shown on Class Schedule
RSVP Hands-On Classes at our computer labs as requested by (3) or more students
RSVP Classes at YOUR office as requested by (10) or more students (may be hands-on or presentation)
24/7 Online On-Demand Classes Click & Play Audio and Video Classes (No Registration Required)
LIVE Online Webinarsviewable via internet (using speakers or phone) as shown on Class Schedule
RSVP Live Online Webinars viewable via internet as requested by (3) or more students
Any student who does not attend their scheduled class and does not contact us at least (2) business days BEFORE the class BEGINS will be charged a $20.00 fee. The class instructor is not authorized to waive fee.
Once a class has met minimum requirements, WE WILL CALL OR EMAIL YOU TO CONFIRM registration.
Please suggest two dates you would be available when requesting RSVP Classes.
We reserve the right to cancel any classes that do not have the minimum number of students.
No walk-ins allowed.
